Q & A

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. I take great pride in giving my clients not only professional, researched, and supervised care, but also warm, supportive treatment. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

What is your experience and background?

I received my clinical training at the Silver School of Social Work at New York University.

I have worked in the past with trauma victims, eating disorders, adolescents struggling with identity formation, families in crisis, and Alzheimer patients.

Since making aliyah in 2005, I have maintained a private practice with a focus on adolescent treatment and eating disorders. I have also served as an in-house social worker at several religious institutions.

What do you charge per hour?

I work on a sliding scale and charge 350 NIS  per clinical hour (45-50 minute session), including VAT.

What are your office hours?

Please call to make an appointment.

What method of payment do you accept?

I accept cash or check payable at the end of each month.

Are you covered by kupat cholim (Maccabi, Clalit, Meuchedet, or Leumit)?

Not as of yet, but that option is being investigated.

If I need to cancel or change my appointment, how do I do that?

There is no charge for rescheduling  or canceling an appointment provided that at least 24 hours notice is given. However if there is less than 24hrs notice, the client will be charged fully for the missed session.
